CLIP FOR MAINTAINING TWO ELEMENTS PLANS FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a clip for holding two planar elements. It finds particular application for fixing the frame of a photovoltaic module on a rail of a load-bearing structure. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Document DE102014007971 discloses a metal clip for holding two planar elements in contact with one another at their main faces. The U-shaped metal clip consists of two main wings, defining a housing in which can be inserted the assembly formed of the two planar elements. This insertion leads to the elastic deformation of the staple and the application, through the two main wings, forces to maintain the two planar elements one to the other. One of the two planar elements may constitute the frame of a photovoltaic module, and the other planar element of a rail of a supporting structure. A plurality of such clips may be placed at the periphery of the module to attach it to the supporting structure, which can be arranged, for example, on the roof of a house. The module can be subjected to high loads, for example by the forces applied by the wind, tending to separate the module from the carrier structure. However, the staple just described has a low mechanical strength, one of the main wings of the U-shaped clip can be easily broken under the effect of these stresses. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to overcome all or part of this disadvantage. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF 1 / INVENTION In order to achieve one of these aims, the object of the invention proposes a clip for holding two planar elements assembled at the other level of their main faces, the staple being constituted by at least two side walls, an upper wall and a lower wall defining a closed volume of rectangular or square section. The sidewalls are each provided with a through groove configured to allow insertion of the clip on the two assembled planar members and to hold them against each other. According to other advantageous and nonlimiting features of the invention, taken alone or in any technically feasible combination: • the walls are formed of a metal strip bent at right angles, the ends of the metal strip having complementary patterns nested one to the other; • the bottom wall and / or the upper wall is provided with a claw configured to apply pressure on the two planar elements when they are inserted into the grooves. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description of the invention which will follow with reference to the appended figures in which: FIG. 1 represents a perspective view of a holding staple according to to the invention; - Figure 2 shows a sectional view of an example of use of the clip according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows a staple 1 according to the invention. It consists of two side walls 2a, 2b, an upper wall 2c, and a bottom wall 2d. The four walls 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d define a right block, that is to say a closed volume (on at least 4 of its faces) of rectangular or square section. The side walls 2a, 2b of the clip 1 are each provided with a groove 3a, 3b opening on the same side of the clip. These grooves 3a, 3b are configured to allow to insert the clip 1 on the two planar elements assembled to one another and hold them against each other. As such, the height of the grooves 3a, 3b is adjusted to correspond substantially to the thickness of the assembly formed of two planar elements. On the side of the face of the staple 1 on which they open, the grooves 3a, 3b may each have an inlet chamfer 4a, 4b facilitating the insertion of the staple 1 on the planar elements. The grooves 3a, 3b may have a depth that extends over half the length of a side wall. However, and preferably, it will be careful not to give them too deep that would lead to weaken the room when the forces applied to the planar elements tend to separate them from one another. Advantageously, the clip 1 is made of metal and made in one piece which allows it to be particularly robust, the connecting elements can form preferred areas of rupture. For example, the staple 1 may be formed of a metal strip bent at right angles to define the four walls 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d. Advantageously, the ends of the metal strip have complementary profiles which, when the metal strip has been folded to form the staple 1, can fit into each other. This connection is particularly robust to the forces that can be applied on the staple 1. The metal strip, the patterns at its ends, the grooves, and all the other cuts or deformation of the staple 1 can be formed before folding of the metal strip, for example by cutting techniques - stamping, thermal or wet treatments. Optionally, may be formed on the metal strip, a plurality of bosses, to prevent flat surfaces of several metal strips stick to each other during their manufacture. According to a particularly interesting variant, the bottom wall 2c and / or the upper wall 2d of the clip 1 may be provided with a claw 5 formed by cutting and folding the metal strip during its manufacture. The claw (s) 5 is configured to apply pressure to the planar members when the staple 1 is positioned. For this purpose, the claw 5 is oriented towards the inside of the staple, in the direction of insertion of the two planar elements as is well represented in FIG. When the planar elements are metallic, it is advantageous to choose the metal constituting the clip 1 so that it has a hardness greater than that of the metal of the planar elements. It can be a steel or a stainless steel. The scratch which is then formed on at least one of the flat elements during the insertion of the clip 1, contributes to holding the clip 1 in position and to establish a quality electrical contact. This electrical contact can be used to propagate a mass common to all the metal elements in contact. Figure 2 shows an example of use of a staple 1 according to the invention. In this figure, two photovoltaic modules 7 are respectively placed on a rail 6 of a carrier structure. These modules 7 each comprise a frame 8 including a flange 8a forms a first plane element which rests on a second planar element 6a of the rail 6. On the left side of Figure 2, a first clip 1 according to the invention has been inserted on the two planar elements 8a, 6a in order to keep them firmly connected to each other. On the right of this figure, symbolically represents the insertion movement of the clip 1 on the two planar elements 8a, 6a to secure the second photovoltaic panel 7 to the supporting structure.
